EcoPlan, which manufactures and sells equipment that contributes to energy conservation and power saving through demand control by reducing the power consumption of commercial air conditioners, air conditioning units, and refrigeration machines, introduces a case study of its implementation. The customer here has an ice storage type air conditioner. In this case, by utilizing the calendar function, control is not applied during the nighttime power hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, and control is only applied during the daytime to suppress demand. The 30 kW chiller within the manufacturing plant is also being controlled. Subsequently, it was also implemented in the Osaka factory.
